Return & Refund Policy

The return policy outlined below is valid only on online orders. In store purchases are subject to the return policy that is stated on your receipt. 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Items past this 14 day period will be immediately rejected. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items
* Undergarments and compression gear
* Memberships


All orders shipped with free shipping will be subject to a $10 or 10% restocking fee (whichever is greater). Orders shipped without free shipping will not be subject to any restocking fees. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please include your order number in the return package.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
